The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the heart of Savannah. Enjoy easy access to iconic landmarks such as City Market and Ellis Square, both just a 5-minute walk away. Immerse yourself in Savannah's history with a visit to the Savannah History Museum, located within a 10-minute stroll from our doorstep. Explore the bustling River Street, only a 15-minute walk away, where you can indulge in dining, shopping, and scenic river views. With convenient access to attractions and amenities, you'll experience the vibrant energy of Savannah the right way.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS 

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

–Pets are not allowed at this property. 

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
