This peaceful retreat sits by a private pond and features 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a bright and stylish living room with modern décor and ample seating, plus a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar. Outdoors, enjoy a pool, relaxing hot tub, covered deck for dining, and a cozy firepit by the water. Perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, nature, and convenience. STR-026051-2025

    Downtown Savannah: ~15 minutes for about 8 miles.



    Savannah Airport: also ~15 minutes for 9–10 miles.



    Tybee Island Beach: ~30 minutes eastward, around 18 miles.



    River Street: ~17 minutes (8.7 miles).



    Broughton Street: near downtown, also roughly 15 minutes.



    Forsyth Park: approximately 15 minutes drive

This home was the perfect place for our girls trip. The home itself was set up nicely, the rooms were very clean, and despite being near the highway, it was not distracting. The deck was a hit, especially in the evening with the market lights. The fire pit area by the pond was our favorite place to hangout! We loved watching the fish jump! The pool and hot tub were not used as both seemed to need water and attention. The house could have been stocked a bit more with essentials as we added a wine opener, coffee filters, and additional kitchen towels. Overall, we loved the home and relaxed and enjoyed our weekend.
