Fantastic Property

We loved this property right outside of Savannah. Easy access by Uber to the city. Great hang out spaces for everyone both indoors and outdoors! Very updated, modern home. The property managers thought of just about everything with this house and it made the stay even more enjoyable!

Wonderful property for big families

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sunlit Savannah Retreat on Tybee Island, booked through VRBO. Overall, our experience was incredibly positive. The retreat was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a coastal charm. The open layout was perfect for our family gatherings, and the ample natural light created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The retreat was conveniently located, just a short drive to the beach and all the attractions Tybee Island has to offer. The only downside is that the house doesn't have a pool.

Great Rental

We had a great time and this house was located exactly where we wanted to be. it also fit our group of 6 perfectly. Lots of places to sit and hang out. The hot tub didn't work, but we weren't going to use it anyway. Fire pit was great. The only issue we had was that the kitchen was not very well stocked. We had no kitchen towels and very few pans.

Great Home for a large group

Our stay was incredibly fun. We would stay at this property again. I do want to help future guests with additional information we wish we would have known. 1) There are no items for use in the kitchen at all--No salt, no spices, nothing. This is not bad, just good information to know when you run to the store. You need to buy one of anything you think you will need during the stay. 2) The gas grill does not work properly. You must run the grill on full blast the entire time you cook or the burners go out. 3) We were not able to use the hot tub as it was not clean we informed the owner, but this was never addressed. 4) The dishwasher did not work. Again this is fine, but there was not a drying mat, no dishwashing soap, for as nice as this home is, it was lacking in some areas. We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties over the years and this was the most expensive. For the price we paid, the home should have been in tip-top condition, or we should have been advised of the issues present.

Nice management, but overlooked maintenance items

Concerned that obvious items were overlooked such as overflowing trash, broken chandelier, kitchen drawers that would not shut, unclean hot tub, drawers in fridge not installed properly, and screen door off kilter. The property was beautiful. My family had a really good time together. However, having to be interrupted by property maintenance on more than one occasion was not great.
