The house is a manufactured home, but it was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It also has a large yard and two fire pits (one at the beach) to enjoy. She communicated in such a timely manner and when she saw we were bringing little kids she told us all the things she already had for them to use- which saved us on packing.
