Property management was very responsive. Cons. 1. Very small. If two people stay here they should be married or in a relationship as there is very little room or privacy. 2. The interior feels like that of a camper trailer. 3. There is a washing machine but to dry your clothes you’ll need to hang them in the shower to dry. The……

“What a great place! My family of 4 really appreciated the space and comfort. It was clean, modern and equipped with all the appliances we needed. The Prism Inn Ogu is conveniently located near the Oku Station. We enjoyed the small stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. We were greeted by a lovely and friendly employee who thoroughly explained the property and policies. We definitely would stay again and will recommend to our Hawai’i family and friends who visit Japan often. ”

“Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. ”

“住宿前後都有大型超市很方便。交通位子也很不錯。只是這次我們入住2/27-3/5、對於打掃真的要加強。我們入住時、在床底發現還有前面客人的小朋友襪子&餅乾屑。冰箱旁也是無意間發現有灰塵。還有洗衣粉也都沒補。”

“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”
