Our unit is located across the street from the beach, making it the ideal location for your next beach vacation! Located 2 doors away from the local market and deli, grab a sandwich and head to the quiet local stretch of Pine Point beach.
Space
Our unit is ~200 sq ft of function and style. We are proud of all of the unique functional features of our home. It has a full sized shower as well as a queen sized Murphy bed, making small-space living extra comfortable. Can also be rented with the unit next-door, which is separated by a locking pocket door.

Neighborhood overview
We live in a condominium complex on East Grand. You won't be able to see the beach from our unit, but if you walk two houses down, you'll see it from Oak St. There's a restaurant and a market within a few doors of our complex, so you'll have no trouble getting what you need on foot (Seasonal).
Getting around
We have a parking spot directly in front of the unit for your use. Trash is disposed of at the back end of the complex, just a minute's walk.
