"Sesuit house was recommended by a friend, and as someone who doesn’t typically stay in a “motel style” hotel- what a pleasant surprise! Staff was great, allowed for early check-in and provided little things we asked for. The property is really cute and well maintained. Perfect for littles with yard games, soccer nets, pool and even some goats! Continental was available in customized picnic baskets. Nice fire pit with adirondacks to hang out in the evening. Will return for sure! "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Dennis. The ranch is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all kinds of things. We went to Mayflower Beach and Cold Storage beach, we did a Hyannis Whale Watcher cruise, we took a Hy-Line Ferry to Nantucket, and we drove to Chatham and Provincetown. There are stores located not too far away, good restaurants (and Pizza Shark is great, if you want pizza), and it's a short walk to Ice Cream Smuggler.Inside, the house is in very good condition, has all the amenities (except a dishwasher, if that matters to you), has plenty of room for a small family (if kids can share a bedroom), was stocked with dishes, soap/detergent, etc, and had effective A/C split units. The master bedroom has its own half bath, which was quite useful. The backyard is also setup to hang out, grill, eat, etc.You do have to bring your own sheets, which wasn't a big deal. Blankets and pillows (not cases) were provided. The double-edge sword of "pet friendly" was that our fluffy hypoallergenic pup could stay with us, but our pet dander allergies were somewhat triggered.I have no real complaints and only minor suggestions. The bedframes moved and were kinda loud. I once woke up my daughter in the other room getting into my bed. Also, the little window over the shower could use some type of curtain. A woman would have to be 7' tall for anything to be seen, but my daughter still didn't like it being open. Again, these are minor. All-in-all, it was a great stay!"

"4PM check in and 9AM check in are a little late/early for us, but we made it work. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Could have used another kitchen chair though (there are 7). Fan from the restaurant next door blows restaurant smell into the main bedroom (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Great location, good amenities, well equipped. Thanks."

"Great location near Captain Frostys and mayflower beach. My family enjoyed all the biking, walking and swimming and delicious food that Cape cod is to offer. "

"Cute little getaway. We were only there a night but loved it!! Hosts super nice and room was great. Great location and nice backyard area. Walking to the beach was easy (although there was no sidewalks) Would 1000% go back!"

"Check in process was easy. House less than 10 min from mayflower beach and close to small grocery’s stores and shops. House is good for families, good sized rooms and big yard. Clean and had everything we needed!"
