“First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. “Lovely stay”

“Several advertised amenities were not available. The pool codes never worked, there was no security booth to pick up the wristbands, both propane tanks were empty, and there were no beach chairs or umbrellas as listed. We also had a water leak from the living room ceiling. The property description should be updated to accurately reflect what is actually provided.”

“Cute room. Little pull-out stovetop was awesome! Very clean. Peaceful and quite. Accommodating. Close to downtown. I'll be back.”
