“This condo was great. The booking process was easy and we received detailed instructions to make our preparation simple. We had several other friends staying at the same resort so we had plenty of comparisons. This condo far exceeded the rest. We loved the location. The amenities provided by the owners were amazing. “Had a great spring break. One disappointing thing was the boardwalk was closed that takes you from the pool to the ocean. There were people working on it all week so I’m sure it will be fixed soon. Until than you have to walk around schooners to get to the ocean. It’s still super close. We loved the sunsets off the balcony. Definitely a wonderful location away from the very busy area of Panama City beach. I would stay here again.”

“Condo was nice and Frank was always quick to message back or call when we needed to ask questions. It was nice having beach service included and there is plenty of things to do at the resort. Only thing I didn’t like about staying at Tidewater was the elevator wait time. You need to plan ahead so your not late going places because of the elevator wait. We have stayed at other places just as big and didn’t have so much trouble getting an elevator. That’s not something Frank can control though.”
