“The view was great. It is in 10 to 30 minutes of places I wanted to visit. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me with the personal items I needed. I didn't need to use the Kayaks or pontoon that they rent to use on Lake Laural.
The only drawback is no beach.”

“I chose this hotel because they offered jacuzzi. But it was broken. Some staff weren't available or impolite. I asked for a handicap room, but it was so small to use a wheelchair or scooter. A little disappointed.”

“The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed.
Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt……
