Leider hat kein Fernseher funktioniert und es hat drei Anläufe gebraucht, bis alle beide wieder gegangen sind. Der Geschirrspüler hat kein Salz und spült sehr unsauber. Leider hat der Service zwar nachgesehen, das Regeneriersalz fehlt aber noch immer. Es ist sehr schwer, jemanden an der Rezeption anzutreffen. Zwei große Handtücher pro Person und nur zwei Küchentücher für diesen hohen Preis für die Pakete sind nicht in Ordnung. Sehr enttäuschend.

Prachtig huis

Vanwege het warme weer werkte de airconditioning in de slaapkamers zeer belabberd, ging steeds na een uurtje uit en moest je iedere keer je bed uit om het aan te doen. Een afstandsbediening zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Wir hatten keinen Aufenthalt, da wir unmittelbar nach unserer Buchung folgende Mitteilung von Belvilla erhalten haben: „Wir bedauern, Ihnen mitteilen zu müssen, dass dieses Haus aus betrieblichen Gründen für den genannten Zeitraum nicht mehr verfügbar ist und keine geeigneten Alternativen zur Verfügung stehen. Diese Buchung wird daher storniert.“

Nie mehr Fewo Direkt!

Vorweg: Wir hatten echt Glück einen netten Ansprechpartner (von Roompot) beim eintreffen vorgefunden zu haben! Aber die Buchung über FewoDirekt war einfach ein Witz!!! Unsere Unterkunft war nicht gebucht! Wir standen da mit Hund und hatten keine Unterkunft. Der Buchungsvorgang hat vermeintlich gut funktioniert, ich habe auch eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen und kurz vor Abreise noch mal eine Mail, dass man uns einen schönen Urlaub wünscht und ja alles gebucht sei. Vor Ort angekommen sagt uns der nette Mitarbeiter von Roompot, dass er keine Reservierung im System habe. Das kommt dann vor, wenn sie kein Geld erhalten! Mein Kreditkarte wurde tatsächlich nicht belastet. Nur warum nicht!? Der Fehler liegt hier ganz klar bei FewoDirekt. Am Ende mussten wir vor Ort bezahlen und hatten Glück, dass noch eine Unterkunft frei war. Die Fewo Hotline, ein Frankfurter!! Telefonnummer konnte uns auch nicht weiterhelfen. Die Dame hat nur englisch gesprochen und alles war wir gesagt haben hat sie wiederholt, so hat das Telefonat ewig gedauert und zu einer Lösung sind wir nicht gekommen. Ganz großes Kino! Die Unterkunft selbst war aber sehr schön! :)
