Buchung wurde aus betrieblichen Gründen (Doppelbuchung) storniert.

Unsere Buchung wurde aus betrieblichen Gründen (Doppelbuchung) vom Vermieter Belvilla storniert.Eine Alternative wurde uns nicht angeboten.Kontakt mit der Firma Belvilla war nach einigen Versuchen möglich, allerdings schienen die Mitarbeiter nicht sehr kompetent und eher kurz angebunden. Eine Begründung für die Stornierung konnte uns erst nach einem 2. Telefonat gegeben werden.Im Kontakt mit Fewo direkt wurden uns kompetent weitergeholfen und sich bemüht, selber nochmal bei Belvilla nachgefragt.
