"For the most part, the room and hotel served their function as a place to sleep for the duration of our trip. There were some less-than-ideal spots about the experience, mainly the state of the fridge/freezer (dirty), the fan in the bathroom being extremely loud, and the main issue was that the door to the room didn't fully close without having to really work at it. From the inside it seemed the only way to close the door was to use the deadbolt as a lever of sorts and this could pry the door into position to be able to be latched, from the outside it just required a LOT of pulling, almost to the point I was afraid the handle would break off the door. "

"We regularly stay here when we have events in the area. The staff is great, rooms are comfortable, but on our recent stay the boiler kept going down. Our showers were freezing! Please fix the boiler!"
