Prachtig huisje, alleen jammer dat de verwarming aan stond en ik in sommige ruimtes de verwarming niet lager in kon stellen. Het was nog niet de tijd van het jaar dat de verwarming op 23 moet staan wat volgens mij tegenwoordig niet nodig is want zo koud is het niet meer in Nederland. Het is een park wat nog in aanbouw is het nog moet groeien wat betreft accommodaties. Het huisje was gezellig ingericht vooral de woonkamer, wat we wel misten in de slaapkamers en de badkamer was een stoel waar je eventueel je kleding op kunt leggen. De messen waren bot je kon daar niet fatsoenlijk je boterham mee snijden, er lag geen schilmesje je moest alles snijden met het broodmes wat natuurlijk gevaarlijk is deze is te groot om uien te snijden, dus neem een schilmesje mee van huis. Er was een combioven waar het rooster en de bakplaat niet in het midden pasten, deze konden alleen geplaatst worden of bovenin of onderin, als je broodjes wilt afbakken moet dit natuurlijk in het midden van de oven. Dit is allemaal niet als kritiek bedoelt maar meer als aandachtspunt hoe richt je je huisje in wat je gaat verhuren. Al met al hebben wij ons prima vermaakt. Het park is nog in de begin fase en als ik de parkbeheerder begreep word het een fantastisch park als het af is.. Op het park zijn honden welkom, je kunt in deze omgeving heerlijk wandelen en fietsen.

Schöne Gegend aber dreckiges Haus

Vom Prinzip her ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider war das Haus sehr dreckig sodass wir erst einmal sauber machen mussten. Für ca 150 Endreinigung eine Frechheit. Der Backofen war total versifft. Die Scheiben total Schmierig von Handabdrücken. In jeder Ecke und Lampe Spinnenweben. Die Dusche im EG lief nicht ab erst nach Entfernung von ca Ner Handvoll Haaren . Bei Eintreffen war die Wärmepumpe auf Störung . Diese würde selber behoben. Nach einer Beschwerde kam 24h später ein Anruf mit der Antwort man würde Rücksprache halten und sich dann melden. Dies geschah aber nicht mehr. Sehr schade. Nicht noch einmal das Fazit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Wulpdal genossen! Es herrscht Ruhe, hier können Sie völlig abschalten. Voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Sehr angenehm eingerichtetes und geräumiges Haus, Terrasse mit separater Sitzecke (Heizungen für kühle Abende vorhanden). Die Gärten grenzen aneinander, dadurch ist jedoch der soziale Kontakt zu den Nachbarn gewährleistet. Hunde erlaubt! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Kleiner Nachteil: Es gab einige Mängel (defekte Lampe(n), keine Pflegemittel für Küche oder Bad, kein Besen/Mopp, Abfluss öffnet sich nach dem Schließen nicht, ...), die wir bei der Kontaktperson angesprochen haben, aber es wurden keine Maßnahmen ergriffen. . Scham! BITTE BEACHTEN: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, obwohl dies angegeben ist. Es gibt ein Belüftungssystem, das jedoch an heißen Sommertagen nicht kühlt.

Das Haus ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten und Wohnlandschaft sind sehr bequem und neuwertig. Es besteht ausreichen Platz für die angegebene Personenanzahl. Die Anreise mit Kleinkind kann nur eingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Das bereitgestellte Babybett war absolut in Ordnung. Leider war direkt zu Beginn das vorhandene Laufgitter nicht zu nutzen, da die Wandhalterung fehlte. Das Geländer für die Treppe war ebenfalls aus der Wand gerissen. Eine Nachbesserung gab es nicht. Auch der Außenbereich ist für ein Kleinkind zu gefählich. Es gibt keine Zäune um das Grundstück, so dass ein Kind in den Wassergraben fallen und sich verletzen kann. In der gesamten Anlage sind Hunde erlaubt, die dann ebenfalls einfach in fremde Häuser laufen könnten. Es gab ebenfalls nicht genügend Ablagefläche bzw. Haken sowohl in den Zimmern, als auch in den Bädern. Ein Schrank mit einem Fach reicht für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind nicht aus. Wir mussten daher aus den Koffern leben, was nicht wirklich schön ist, bei so viel Platz, den man von Seiten der Vermieter hätte nutzen können. Bei der Beschreibung "Waschmaschine und Trockner" handelt es sich um eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenfunktion und die Kaffemaschine ist lediglich eine Kapselmaschine, für die teure Kapseln gekauft werden müssen. Es wurden alle drei Schlafzimmer benötigt aber nur zwei waren vorbereitet. Zudem ist ein Haustürschlüssel für 6 Personen zu wenig. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.
