“During my recent four-night stay at a hotel, I was thoroughly disappointed by several key factors. Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening. Lastly, the hotel manager's poor hospitality manners further……

“We booked this last minute, literally, we had brake fade on the car and needed somewhere to stay whilst the brakes cooled down after the Gavia Pass. We were delighted with the reception and a lovely room with a view. The hotel provides a bar and snack meals but if you need a meal there are three excellent restaurants in the town which give a 10% discount if you are staying at the Bianca. We went for the Steak House.”

“Thanks for the hotel, we enjoyed a free upgrade. We can see people skiing from our window. The hotel staffs are very helpful and you must eat dinner in their restaurant.”

“A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!”
