“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel.”
