“Stayed here for the WMU football game. Perfect location and nice weekend”

“Was a great stay. My wife came up from Florida for the week. We took a weekend 3 day trip. I highly recommend staying. Thank you”

“Such a cool space, really exceeded our expectations! This basement is nicer than our house, and such a fun atmosphere with the large projector and gaming systems.”

“Internet went down and could not reach the host”

“This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. The rooms were well prepared. A lot was expected in cleanup - all dishes washed and put away (but we couldn’t find the dish soap), taking out the garbage (we had a hard time finding where the garbage should go), and stripping the beds. Other than that it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.”

“The house was very nice inside and there were many refreshments and accessories available. The bedding was very nice, the bath needs were plentiful and the kitchen was very modern.”

“thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds……

“Brand new, super clean and comfortable. Was great to cook every night and enjoy the space. Will be back!”

“Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.”

“Many things are excellent about this property, including good location, spacious, beds and showers were fine. The downside was it was NOT clean. The carpeting was filthy throughout, with a completely gray stained entry, living room and stairs. The kitchen was very dirty with food crusting on cookware and silverware and plates. The microwave was dirty and the frame is falling off. Not worth the premium price.”

“Our family of 5 (two adults, three teens) absolutely loved our penthouse stay! We were in town for our nephew’s tennis tournament, and wanted a better experience than a hotel room. This is one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless and gorgeous! The highlights were the jacuzzi tub, the sunset views, and the cozy couch with the candle vibes! We never even turned on the tv, we just enjoyed talking, reading, and relaxing! We enjoyed a gigantic pizza from Benny’s, a steak……

“Lake view, pet friendly”
