Tolles Hotel

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, das professionell arbeitet und trotzdem einen persönlichen und herzlichen Gastumgang pflegt. Man kann sich als Gast nur wohl fühlen. Dazu bekommt man noch ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, das keinerlei Wünsche übrig lässt. Man bekommt schon nachmittags eine kleine Vesper und zum Abendessen ein sehr gutes 5-Gänge-Menü, mit wählbaren Vorspeise(-n) und Hauptgängen. Highlight meines Aufenthalts war das Menü mit Weinbegleitung und die Weinverkostung auf einer Hütte, die vom Hotel organisiert wurde. Hierbei ist Skiguide Paul besonders positiv zu erwähnen. Gern kann man ab 15 Uhr in der Kristallbar einen Drink nehmen. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Ebenfalls positiv ist der Wellness-Bereich. Genutzt habe ich die Saunen bzw. das Dampfbad und die Wasserbetten. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über einen Pool und über ein Outdoor-Sole-Whirlpool. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit allen Leistungen und möchte an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlich danken!

Ein Geheimtipp in Tux

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen, exzellentes Essen und das Frühstück ist einfach der Hammer. Die Brote werden alle selbst gemacht und es gibt frische Kräuter überall. Hat auch eine Massage die war einfach unglaublich. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt ist selber schuld.

Bestes Hotel in Hintertux

Hatte noch nie so ein Frühstücksbuffet, vom Service bis zur Rezeption wurde ich total freundlich empfangen. Kann es echt nur weiter empfehlen, bin viel in Hintertux und das ist für mich das beste Hotel

Das Hotel verspricht mehr als es eigentlich bietet. Als Wellness-Hotel habe wir mehr erwartet. Das sogenannte Comfort-Zimmer bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Eine Minibar gab es nicht im Zimmer, die Toilette war getrennt vom Bad, jedoch ohne Waschbecken. Warmwasser wurde in der Dusche erst nach Reklamation angestellt.

Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system.
