If you are more interested in wine, you should definitely go to Vittoria, known for the cultivation of two types of grapes, Nero d'Avola and Frappato. One of the fascinating sights of Modica is the Cava d'Ispica, a long gorge full of caves and archaeological sites, and is a must-see for everyone.
