“My stay here was great. I was so surprised when I got into the room and saw that it was more spacious than I had thought it would be, especially for the low price. The bathroom was small, but it was private and all that I needed. The little kitchen area was great. There was even a hot plate that I could have used if I wanted. “Location is close to about 10 good restaurants and many shops. The Capt John boats are nearby for a whale watch or trip to P-Town. a Walk around the harbor and to the Mayflower. Court Street is close by and theres many shops & restaurants. The unit is clean, bright and spacious with 2 sleep sofas along with a comfortable queen bed. Extra half bath is great. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size fridge You could find a nearby hotel cheaper but not as nice. I recommend staying here. ”

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
