“The view and location were perfect and gorgeous! Baby bunnies and baby birds in the birdhouse! It was beautiful!”

“Great place to stay! Convenient location in a beautiful town.”

“We had such a nice stay here for a trip to Boston. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the red line. Only positive things to say about the house and our stay!”

“If you are looking for a comfy stay in a cute neighborhood near Boston, this is a nice spot. The town is quiet enough with a nice walk along the shore, believe it's called the Greenway or similar. I ate at a fresh caught seafood place on the bridge that takes either cash or Venmo. The only thing to know about this unit is you'll walk up two flights of narrow winding stairs so as long as that works for you then all else is great, quiet, etc.”

“Charming historic building with modern room interiors and amenities, high quality linens/towels, and an easy walk to BSO, Northeastern University, and shopping.”

“Absolutely spotless, gorgeous place with everything we needed and more. We felt very safe and completely comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. Because of the convenient transit access, we didn’t need……

“Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!”

“Location - excellent”

“Perfect stay for the night. Communication was great and property was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a……

“Propre, nous avions tout ce qu’il faut pour la cuisine. Très agréable d’être aussi près de l’eau. Nous avons passé un bon moment!”

“7 min from the airport, seamless check in and entry and a spotless, welcoming place- with coffee! Great rental- perfect if you’re coming/going from Logan”

“Great place in a good location (safe, quiet). I received the wrong door code but got through to the helpdesk on the second attempt and they sorted it straight away. Otherwise very pleased.”

“Communication with the host was excellent - prompt, courteous, professional! There was plenty of space for our family reunion of 13 people, with two separate sitting areas so we could relax in smaller groups. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. We used public transit for our local travel, and this rental is very well situated for bus access that also brings you to the "T" for subway travel.”

“JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.”

“There was a severe sewage smell.”
