“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

“Parking was great, quite a few entrances but all key card access only which is very comforting for safety, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had a friend who has medical problems and they were able to give us a room close to his in case of an emergency without any hassle and breakfast was hot and delicious, we loved the waffles and breakfast potatoes. ”

“We appreciated being able to check in early, and the staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming. That definitely made a good first impression. However, the room felt like a bit of a downgrade. The bathroom in particular seemed dated, and the floors didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The main room itself was fine and seemed clean, and the bed was very comfortable—probably the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was underwhelming. There were no hot food options—just bread, bagels,……
