Nice neighborhood mostly quiet. No instructions on how to get to private boat dock, let ving room light and ceiling fan did not work the entire visit. The smart TV would not be connect to our phones so we had no TV during our stay. The cabi.n was clean and comforrable

Small, comfy and clean. Had outside plug for charging boat batteries. Only neg is no wifi, had to use hotspot but price is adjusted for that. Quiet area and bright lights outside for security

This was a nice little place to stay for a fishing trip. The boat parking was a little tight but as long as you can back your trailer it is fine. The neighbor was very friendly. The private boat ramp was convenient even dropped my trailer there so my wife could have the truck while I was fishing the tournament.
