「Love this place. Great open floor plan with lots of windows. 2nd time staying here and planning to come back in the fall.」

「Great location for downtown New Smyrna.」

「After i found my email for the directions to check in everything was smooth. The location was great, the pool only steps away from my room. It was me and my two children. The beach also was only steps away from the room. The room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that was going on was construction on the very top floor but it didn't really get in the way of our vacation but it was kinda loud in the mornings. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks」

「Extremely Impressive with it's tiny size but yet, having all that was needed. Perfect.」

「One of my very favorite stays. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. My highlight was meeting the mini horses and goats. On my way in my happy place around animals. Very friendly hosts. 「Great condo and location」

「Some of the best communication and care from a VRBO that I’ve ever experienced. The place was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. There were some hk and maintenance issues that the owner took ownership of and has made steps to address.Overall- this is a great place to vacation. My only heads up is- if you are vacationing with 4 people, bathroom access is a challenge. When the bedroom door is closed and you’re sleeping in the living room, your access to the bathroom is gone...

「Awesome beach access. Clean pools and had bbq grills. Room was exceptional」

「The room needs updating, I realize that when windy the sliding glass doors will get salt and sand but they were not cleaned prior to our visit as there were hand prints on the outside. Needs new blinds and blankets. Other than that it was clean. The location is good. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. They are doing some construction in the entrance. 」

「Very comfortable.」

「Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂」

「Great cozy cute spot. Would stay again. Host was super responsive. Highly recommended.」
