「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Front staff were very welcoming & gave us great recommendations for dining. Our room was very spacious and super clean. The walking trails nearby were in excellent condition. The proximity to Vetta Spa was a big bonus. A little updating in the decor dept would be an area for improvement, but the decor certainly would not stop us from booking again. Definitely recommend. 」
