"Great location and clean but small rooms. The only thing I found tricky was the AI check in process however the person answering any queries was quick to respond but I think I prefer a reception that is manned by people"

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds (twin/single), European breakfast buffet had a varied selection of hot and cold options, tea, juice & java, and we enjoyed our complimentary bottle of wine in the lounge area. Close to the Sao Bento train station, Time Out Food court, walking distance to Riberia waterfront for river tours or tuk tuk tours. I would stay here again."
