「Clean, bright, reasonably-priced home base to head to the beach or walk 2 blocks to the action downtown. Courtyard could use a little landscape TLC. But has everything you may need, and Bill is a few steps or a text away to help you procure it if not. 」

「This place is so nice. Rooms and bathroom large and clean, pool area great… loved it here !! My only suggestion is that the rooms be cleaned more often, perhaps every other day instead of every third day. Otherwise perfect, excellent location !」

「It is false advertisement when you say Partial Ocean View and the only thing you can see is AC units on the rooftop of the building. Although this is listed as an Expedia VIP hotel, there were zero perks or acknowledgment even though it was noted that this was rented for an anniversary celebration. The Location is good, it is a 20 min walk to Lauderdale by the Sea Bars and restaurants. It is a favorite area of ours」

「I absolutely loved the location of this place it was perfect however the “hotel” gave motel vibes there was black mold in the ceiling bathroom. When we got there the toilet was clogged…the front desk sent someone to fix it. We left to dinner and came back to water all over the bathroom floor. The location is perfect.」

「Everything was wonderful! I took a much needed mental health vacation by myself and I could not have been happier!! What an awesome place-only 6 units- I had a studio apartment in the back-nice and quiet. It was delightfully decorated beach style, and had everything I could possibly have needed There was a fully equipped kitchen and I was able to make my breakfast and even dinner! The owners even left me some snacks and a bottle of wine! I did not use the pool, but did sit by it one...
