Great apartment by the sea!

We had an amazing stay at the lobster trap. Very modern apartment nicely furnished and great location. Great communication from the host and would gladly return ! Thanks so much for an amazing stay

Perfect

Very comfortable for two. Enjoyed the access to Hampton Beach restaurants and activity, but could retreat to quiet, friendly neighborhood and lovely Seabrook beach.

The property is good location. We had a few concerns. Some of the dishes in kitchen cabinet were unclean. The bathroom had little surface to sit things on. The toilet paper was extremely thin. The bed was comfortable. We liked the close access to the beach.
