Great Location

We enjoyed our week at this convenient location. It provided us plenty of space for 4 adults. It was nice to have access to the beach club for dining and relaxing by the pool.

Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our family getaway weekend at the Sealoft villa on Seabrook Island. The villa was very nice and the locations was a close walk to the beach.

Family Spring Break Trip

Overall this was a very positive experience. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier, and communication from the property management was excellent. The location is fantastic and everything was accurately represented in the listing. The rental was clean and well stocked, and all appliances were in perfect working condition. Very happy with the stay. Traveled as a family with our 5 year old and small dog.

Beautiful Home with Incredible Views

Place was exactly as described! The views were absolutely gorgeous. Check in was as easy as could be!! Loved the easy access to the beach from this home. Just a short walk through the neighborhood got you to boardwalk 3a. One of our absolute favorite things about Seabrook is the privacy on the beach and this trip was no different. Our pup had a blast and the home was very dog friendly. We will be back!!

Lovely Villa, Perfect Size

We had a wonderful time in the villa! The location was perfect...so close to the beach. The villa is in a very quiet area. It is beautifully decorated and space worked out well for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 teens). The beach in Seabrook is not busy and crazy like many other touristy areas. It was perfect! The marina is close with great food. Freshfields Village is handy for groceries, shopping, and dinner out. We went into Charleston many times as it is only a 40 min drive. We will definitely be back!!!

Sealoft Villas

We had a wonderful week in our Sealoft Villa. It was the perfect space for my husband and I with our 3 older children. We had access to the island amenities and it was a quick walk to the ocean. The property was beautiful, clean, and had most everything we needed already there. There were informative emails that walked us through the process from beginning to end and a welcoming, friendly staff at the office upon check in. We hope to return soon and would highly recommend this place.

Mixed review...

We have been coming down to Seabrook for many years and have stayed at many different places. Overall, we weren't too impressed with this place. To cite a few things, the umbrella/outdoor furniture were ragged or broken, there were a few cockroaches on the floor, the Roku was not functioning properly... Also, the kitchen did not have decent cookware, so we actually had to go out and buy some ourselves. All relatively small things, but when added together, it contributed to a less than stellar experience.

Good, but not Great

The property could have been more well-stocked, even with things like soap and laundry detergent... the kitchen table was still a bit dirty.. there were quite a few spiders I had to kill upstairs on our first night. The beach is not really that walkable. Too many hoops and codes.. the Amenity card did not work to get us into two places. 2 teens were very bored. Too hoity toity. Probably will not be back.

Seabrook Island, Charleston SC

This property was great, just as advertised on VRBO. You can’t beat the views from the three different decks. The lagoon was my favorite, every day you’d see a variety of birds, turtles, deer, flying fish and don’t forget the alligator’s!! The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath towels. The responses from the rental company were helpful and quick if I ever had questions. Another perk which was an added bonus through this rental were the complimentary activities through Xplorie and they too, were wonderful to deal with. Seaside Cycles a must because its a great way to get down to the clubhouse and beach access locations and just to peddle around to see the beautiful homes and views. This particular property was a perfect location to beach access, the pool, clubhouse and a short drive to Freshfields Village for groceries at Teeter Harris and window shopping. For the drawbacks: Did not like that we had to pay $5.00 /person for towels to use at the pool. That certainly adds up for multiple family members for the week. Did not like that we had to pay additional fees to use the fitness center and the indoor pool. The two drawers on either side of the stove don’t open all the way due to poor design. If you like to cook vs going out to eat the kitchen area is not that big so you wont have a lot of space to work with. The worst thing that occurred on the 4th night of our stay was that there was a Palmetto bug AKA cockroach. It was found in the main bedroom and then again another was found the next day under the dining table. We were pretty upset and grossed out. Definitely more pros then cons!! I would return to South Carolina if given the chance.

Great vacation week

Wonderful week in Seabrook. House was recently updated, nicely curated and had ample supplies for a vacation trip. Beach is a short walk at the end of the street and plenty of families and their dogs walking. We enjoyed the balconies and the many windows that provided a great breeze. All in all, a very restful stay.

Fall get away

The property was quiet and a short walk to the beach which is beautiful. Overall we had a great stay. Needs a little TLC as the oven door does not open all the way ( hits fridge), the handle on the microwave was broken and the towel racks kept falling off the wall.
