The room was clean, the front desk people were so nice, and it was a great value. The area felt safe, and the river view was nice. The parking had only 1 way in and out, but the spots were directional, which made it hard to get out if the lot was full. We struggled to find a spot if we came back late. It might have been my bad, but I found it strange that the staff had me grab towels to exchange and other items. I would've rather they just asked to come in and do their thing.

Very neat and clean. The shower was great, it had great water pressure, not like most hotels that barely has a trickle comong out and it takes you 3 times as long to shower. The bed was great. I would definitely stay again if i am ever in Seaside again.

The manager was the sweetest! Her house keepers were terrible, there was hair all throughout the bed and hairs in the shower! No pool no hot tub no AC unit and only a very small shower. The only good thing about this place was the hot water and the comfortable hairy beds!! Is this was priced lower I wouldn’t even complain but when you charge good hotel prices the people expect good hotel quality!! Lesson learned

I really enjoyed the view and the kitchenette room that I got! I was a little disappointed when I found a fake nail in my bed when laying down. When I brought it up to the front desk they just said “sorry” and shrugged. The front stovetop didnt work either!

I booked a last minute stay and this was the only reasonable price (2bdrm apt 2king bed ) it’s listed as sleeps 4 but there’s actually a bed down stairs and a pull out couch so it could easily sleep 10. The apartment was HUGE (2story) and the kitchen had everything you could (pots/pans/plate/utencil/cups) we booked for 5 guests and they gave 6 sets of towels. There were a few concerning creepy parts suck as a closet with a square cut out on the floor which looked like it was accessible and the door to the closet locked from the inside and upstairs there’s an attic in the walk in closet with the lock on the inside of the closet and the door would not close shut also the window in that same room does not close so they at least need to put in a stick like they do for the balcony

I was hopeful about staying here from reading past reviews. The construction guy in the truck outside my window all day was frustrating.. no river view.. people yelling in the street.. peel and stick floor was not stuck to the foundation.. very loud.. loud guests above and below. Hubby loved the soft bed.. my body hated it. 😆 jetted tub was nice! Fridge was clean and nice sized but wouldn't suction closed. Nowhere to set clothing in bathroom for showering..
