    OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. Master bedroom has a comfy Queen bed & flat screen TV; master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Outdoor patio furniture for your enjoyment to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town.

The room was perfect and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The view was amazing. ❤️ The only disappointment was the amount of dog poop right at the edge of our patio and all over the grass area. Dog owners need to do better.

The view was great, as close to the beach as possible. So nice to have a washer and dryer right in the unit. We didnt' get there until almost midnight and it was nice and easy to just get in.

Overall clean, well-stocked accommodation with great views in a convenient location. The advertised queen pull-out needs an upgrade to be sleepable, fortunately our group didn’t need it but would have been nice to spread out. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Excellent Condo on the Beach

This condo was the perfect beach getaway. Super close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere in Seaside.

The property was pleasant, comfortable, clean, and safe. We walked from here all over town and access to the beach was right outside the patio door. Would definitely stay again in this ground level room if coming again to Seaside.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We had a great time at this property! It was very clear and comfortable. The location was perfect for being close to all of the shops and restaurants as well as steps away from the beach! We will come back again and we highly recommend this property!

Everything was terrific. We cooked and served over 35 people fir our family reunion.

Very very nice. We had a great time. Been coming to Seaside for 57 years for our reunion and everyone who visited us remarked how very nice our rental was. We will be booking for August 2023 very soon.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property for the events on the beach. The access to the Promenade and the beach were fantastic, and it was just a little south of things so it was quiet and calm which we loved. The only thing I can think of to suggest is that there be better lighting in the living area, either with larger lamps or overhead lighting. Thanks for such a great weekend!

The location is great. The place is older but beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the place was dirty, dusty, food under hide a bed dirt under bed, nightstand dusty along with on top of the headboard. There is a large population of homeless hanging atound.

The place has spectacular views! Close to everything! Kitchen stocked to hilt with high quality kitchen equipment! But no place to put food we brought that didn't need refrigeration! Bed most comfortable we have ever had in a rental! Furniture nice but very uncomfortable! Not much place for clothes! We were here 10 days! Needed hang up and drawer storage which this place lacks! If we were there 1 or 2 days, we would have rated this place excellent!
