Perfect

Spent 4 nights here with husband, elderly father, and two dogs. This was the perfect place for our varied needs. Everyone we encountered was so kind, the access to beach was perfect along with view, and condo was lovely and well stocked. Perfect for us.

We have stayed at the Sand and Sea many times over the years, rotating around what unit fits our needs. Needless to say, it never disappoints. Our unit was exceptionally stocked with every kitchen utensil you could think of. The beds were comfortable, the unit clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We always choose Sand and Sea when we visit, and will continue.

Short spring break

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 teens and 2 moms. We had a great ocean view from the living room/balcony. The unit had everything you could ask for and plenty of room. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. It was right on The Prom, and within easy walking distance to the town. Definitely recommended this property, and we will be staying with them again!

Favorite

Sand and Sea is our favorite place to stay in Seaside. The view is amazing, the large windows bring in plenty of light and the short walk to the beach is why we enjoy staying there. Then to our surprise we found a pet friendly unit! Bringing our pup was great!

Perfect size, great location, well organized

Very nice setup, view, and walking access to all Seaside has to offer. The beds, baths, and appliances were great. Hits on cleanliness due to older windows that were damaged with some mold/dirt on sills and lack of vacuuming on pull out sofa. Great details added like games and beach items. Good pool. Wished there was a fitness room. Reccomend highly!
