Spacious, cozy and secure 1 bedroom apartment located in South Seattle. The unit comes equipped with an in-unit Washer/Dryer and a reserved parking space. The apartment is 1 block from the Seattle Link Light Rail.

The Link Light Rail takes you from the Sea-Tac airport, to the Airbnb unit, and continues to make stops throughout various Seattle staples like SODO sports stadiums, Pike Place Market, Capitol Hill, Columbia Tower, Space Needle, and multiple stops near other must visit staples.

Great spot! Convenient to the train. Quiet neighborhood. felt very safe. I work from home and the WiFi was great. Parking was easy and right next to the building. Would recommend. Home was well equipped with what was needed. Host went above and beyond by providing some toiletries and some tea. I was ill when I arrived, so the tea was such a pleasant and helpful surprise.

Great value

This unit was recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings. There was everything you’d need to spend a while there! I was there over a month. It’s a block from the light rail that runs from Sea-Tac airport to the city of Seattle. This area is under a lot of development and is a busy place but I felt safe here. The neighbors can be loud and some had some less desirable hobbies, but the hosts were very willing to solve issues. The deck outside was nice with a view of a nice little yard space. There is a nice breeze at night with the windows open. This space is a little aged, but it’s a great value. There was an old kind of smell, but the hosts reimbursed for air fresheners, which helped quite a lot.
