The beds and sheets and comforters were amazingly soft, like I probably should ask for where they came from… the host thought of everything from phone chargers to cold, pressed coffee and all of the kitchen utensils anyone could need.

This home was beautiful. The style and decor of the home made it very comfortable, interesting, and pleasant. It was very clean and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay: from toiletries to dishes and spices. Loved the fire pit gathering area- what a nice area to congregate and end the night. A major plus was the 2 parking spots for our cars. Street parking was easy for our guests. The owner had wonderful communication with us and responded to all our questions immediately. She made it so easy for us to check in and check out. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a very nice house in a great neighborhood. The house was clean and our group of eight had tons of space. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle with a group that wants to be close to the action but also able to pick up some pizzas and chill at home.

This property is amazing. It is perfect for a group of people. It was incredibly comfortable and fully stocked. All the beds were comfortable and the location is perfect for a trip to downtown or a leisurely day in Ballard. There is nothing I would change about this property. It is meticulously decorated in a comfortable way that makes you feel at home. If I could give it more than 5 stars I could.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ballard Craftsman. We stayed with another family - 4 adults and 3 kids in total and there was plenty of comfortable space and then some. Communication was clear and quick. The house was well stocked with essentials. I would definitely stay here again.

What a phenomenal property! Had walkable access to downtown Ballard and easy rideshare to downtown Seattle. Great communication with property owner (Payton) who even responded late into the afternoon about television. Our family traveled to US from Europe and were so impressed with the accommodations. We all highly recommend this spot.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful place! The house was beautiful down to every detail and held the 9 of us perfectly! Everyone had their own room and privacy and with 3 bathrooms. The outside sitting area was nice and a great place to relax (landscape needs work). Great little coffee shop across the street for a great espresso in the AM. We walked to the Ballard Seafood Festival which was great! Would defiantly stay here again !

Amazing. Simply put, this place is amazing! A beautiful home that has all the amenities and space you could possibly need, it’s very clear Payton has taken everything into consideration when designing this home. Payton was very communicative and helpful, the check in was easy, and we didn’t want for anything. The Ballard area was somewhere we hadn’t stayed before but we loved it and it was very easy to walk to lots of cool spots and still get into Seattle for activities. Lastly, this place was very affordable compared to places closer into the city and that was a major sticking point for us with two families involved. We would all 100% recommend staying here and this will be the number one place we try and book from now on any time we head to Seattle!

Stylish, stocked, and spacious home away from home.

This house is a gem. Great location in Ballard. Spacious with plenty of room to accommodate 10 people. Open floor plan from comfy front living room through large kitchen to huge sliding glass doors leading to back patio. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking on the large gas stove/oven with every necessary utensil and pan, and also includes a large variety of spices. 2 bedrooms on first floor, (master has an entirely separate area with huge bathroom, walk-in closet and separate entry), and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms are large and each have a theme…beach, desert, mountain, etc. The house decor is lovely and really puts this over and above other rental homes. Kitchen has everything and is large enough for the entire group to be in the area gathered around the attached island. There’s also a separate large pantry room with a deep sink and a laundry room with another large sink. The back patio has a grill and beautiful fire pit with comfy seating. Nothing has been overlooked- the sheets/beds are cozy and the towels are plush and plentiful. (Even includes multiple makeup removal washcloths.) Detergent for washer and dishwasher is provided, as is all the hand/body soap you might need. Honestly a home away from home. The house information was as provided and the info/response from the host (Payton) was always super prompt and dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. No reason to stay anywhere else when in Seattle- this is exactly what you need for an amazing trip!
