Our cozy living room is an ideal setting for a relaxing stay. Sit back and decide if you will watch a movie or have a relaxing time reading. Not to mention YouTube TV with 80+ live channels, Netflix, and Disney+, they are all free to you. Our living space includes a queen size bed for your cozy stay.

*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fan is provided.
*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives in the upstairs unit, so some noise is possible. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($25), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($250). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb app.
