Location! Less than 20 minutes away from Seatac International Airport and about 20 minutes south of Seattle. It is also 7 minutes away from the Kent light rail station. Due to a diverse international community in Kent, you'll find top notch global cuisine. This is a great home for families, those traveling for work who want a home away from home, and individuals wanting a central location but don't want to be in the busy city. A cozy place to rest and work while visiting Kent.

The house was really cute with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the spacious areas and big back yard looks like it’ll be fun for croquet etc when the weather is nice! We chose the house due to its proximity to family but the area is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery store & gas stations. Also location makes it fairly easy to choose an adventure - quick drive to Tacoma, Snoqualmie was fun, and of course the market in Seattle.

This property was very clean and organized. All 3 beds were comfortable with good quality linens. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable living room furniture and nice TV. Convenient location to the train station and Seattle. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Loved the bowl of snacks when we arrived! Speedy communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again.

Charming but needs AC

We loved this house - owner has taken great care to make it a comfortable and homey environment with lots of little touches like live plants, fresh flowers and chine place settings. However, the lack of AC, while technically included in the listing wasn’t prominent and easily overlooked, which led to uncomfortably warm evenings for this family who is used to Texas and abundant AC. Also, there was no mention that the 2nd bathroom was on the opposite side of the home from all the bedrooms, which was also an inconvenience. Overall, a quaint, pleasant stay.

No Central Air Conditioning

We were disappointed that there was no air conditioning. It was extremely uncomfortable with indoor temperatures in the mid 80's. The tower fan which we discovered in the front closet did not bring down the overall temperature in the house. The house was clean and overall comfortable for 4 adults.
