Guests will have access to the whole home except for the garage and a locked supply closet.

Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $220. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $220/each. For stays longer than 30 days, we will require three mid-stay home cleanings for $220/each.

Our home is designed to be family-friendly, with children's amenities. Please keep this in mind when booking.

The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

We have regularly scheduled landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

**Getting Around**
The house sits in the Highland Park neighborhood of West Seattle, with quick access to Highway 509, 99, 599, and the West Seattle Bridge—and one of the shortest airport runs of any Seattle neighborhood.

• Lumen Field (World Cup!) & T-Mobile Park — about 15 min by car
• SEA Airport — about 12–15 min by car (one of the closest neighborhoods to the airport!)
• Downtown Seattle — about 15–20 min by car
• Alki Beach & West Seattle Junction — about 10–15 min by car
• South Seattle College — about 5 min by car
• Boeing Field — about 10 min by car
• University of Washington — about 20–25 min by car
• Amazon HQ (South Lake Union) — about 20–25 min by car
• Bellevue Downtown — about 30–35 min by car via I-90

Bus stops within walking distance:
• Route 131 – Goes directly to the stadiums and Pioneer Square
• Route 125 – Connects to downtown
• Route 128 – Heads to Alki

Getting around without a car: West Seattle isn't on the Link light rail line yet, but it's well served by King County Metro buses, including the RapidRide C Line and frequent routes connecting Highland Park to downtown Seattle in roughly 30 minutes. Bus stops are within walking distance of the house. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely available throughout the area.
