Great location, check in process took way long than needed. once we got the keys, easy to navigate around the property. Having target in the same building was handy. Blinds in Master bedroom were broke, so made it difficult to use. we had the small plug in fans going all the time, With no Air conditioning, the suite got very warm in afternoon and evening, making it difficult and uncomfortable at night for sleeping.

Great location and amenities!

Very close to waterfront activities, Pike Public Market, and Light Rail access. Washer and Dryer located inside the unit worked well.

Even in the rain

Even in the rain the views are spectacular. Very good location. Sunsets are worth the price alone. We would definitely return to enjoy this stunning residence.

Great location! Very nice amenities in the unit, as well as in the apartment building. Very happy that the washer and dryer inside the unit were both working just fine. There was ample cool breeze from the windows even though it was very hot outside. Noises from the waterfront activities do come through when the windows are open. But very quiet when closed. If you are noise sensitive may need to bring earbuds.

Magnificent view, convenient location

Stayed here with two colleagues and the location was a dream. Loved watching the ferries moving day and night. Pull-out couch was stiff but workable, hot water needed to be metered more than expected. Host worked to resolve an issue with the internet. With pool/sauna/hot tub downstairs and Target below, we felt like everything we needed was at arm's reach. Will stay here again as we have regular business in Seattle.

Million dollar view with Big Lots Appointments

Great location and view but condo needs deep cleaning and updates. Honestly just some regular maintenance would help. Lots of broken items (blinds, towels holders, fan/light, etc...)

Magnificent but

Over all pleased but a few things should be addressed The lighting in both bath rooms is dark and should be brightened up! All three mattresses should be replaced with at least a Marriott standard . They are very uncomfortable for such a quality condo! Other than that couldn't ask for a better location with access. Superb!

Great Location & view

This was a perfect location for us however the condo was in need of a lot of upkeep. There is an amazing view but not all the blinds worked so it was blocked. Not sure if anyone had stayed there in a while as the floors were very dirty and things were a bit musty. A good deep cleaning would solve things.

Fantastic Property

Great space right in the heart of Seattle. Central location makes everything very easy to get to. Property is very clean and well laid out. Amenities are fantastic. Very warm in the summer however with no available A/C although numerous fans are present. I would stay at this property again.

What a view

Perfectly located if you want to be in the heart of the city. Gorgeous view and right next to Pikes. Felt safe even with all the homeless in the city and around the building.

The view is phenomenal! Great place to stay when visiting Seattle. Close to almost all attractions and within walking distance (20 minutes max). I went with my family (wife and kids ages 14,11 and 8) and we all enjoyed. Target is just an elevator ride down. Would definitely rent again if I visit Seattle.

Seattle area is lovely but the downtown has much to be desired

The property was a lovely 2 bedroom with wonderful accommodations. Was outfitted with all necessities to cook. I love you complaint and it has nothing to do with the property but downtown Seattle is a sad city. Lots of homeless people, open drug use, not much police presence. Took away from the experience of staying in a downtown. Hope to see it improve. The whole area is amazing and the condo is in a perfect location to use as your base.

Perfect location!

The location was ideal for our Seattle trip, just steps away from the Pike Place Market, and not far from most of the Seattle tourist attractions. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. My biggest complaint is the communication regarding the parking ramp exit closure that occurred during our stay. There were signs around the building saying the residential parking could not be exited during certain early morning hours for gate replacement, which was during the time we needed to leave for the airport on our final day. Talking to the desk attendant was not helpful, and when I called Vacasa I was told they had a note about it and we could park in the Target parking ramp (which was where the residential parking area exited to). We did that, only to find it was the gate from the Target ramp to the street that was being worked on and that exit was closed! The workers there we not very happy with us, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us leaving the ramp - but it took about 10 minutes for them to secure what they were working on before we could exit.

Waking up to Olympia…

Beautiful, well appointed and equipped apartment. Target located conveniently a elevator ride away and next door to all manner of goodies that Pike’s Place Market has to offer. A little niggle with the property bag storage policy changing mid way through our stay but we found a super friendly bag storage place around the corner. No central AC but mid summer breeze at 20th floor kept us mostly comfortable. Best part through was waking to the amazing view of the Olympia range bathed in warm sunlight over the view of the sound, perfect.

Elliott bay condo.

nice view from 20th floor. stay could have been better if microwave worked, unit was cleaned better, light in bathrooms was equal to candle light, and toilet handle still broken since 2017.

Heavy mold/mildew stains in Master Bathroom tub/shower enclosure. Bathtub drain extremely slow, almost ankle deep water in tub after only 5 min. shower.
