Drs. Appointments at UW as my husband has to get a double lung transplant!
The host was great the front door people, were very helpful! Clean and safe the apartment was stocked very well as far as amenities, and kitchen and bathroom needs!Everything was wonderful, Hoping we could deal on the 3-4 month stay while there for my husband’s transplant!

View, location. Cleanliness. Toilet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Vacasa was not as seemless as other Vrbo experiences.

Bad experience
The air conditioning unit in the apartment made extremely loud noises, both when it was turned on and off. These noises were so disruptive that they prevented us from sleeping properly on several nights. The noise episodes could last for at least an hour and occurred multiple times throughout the night, making our stay very uncomfortable.
We appreciate that a technician was sent to inspect the issue. However, we were informed that the noise was due to the AC unit being old and that it could not be repaired, therefore, we could not sleep. Very frustrating.
