“Great spot nestled in a riverside area. So "shiny" it must be a recent renovation. Restaurants less than a block away, a coffee shop, and pretty much anything you need within walking distance. Great views from the second story porch and attentive staff if you need anything. I was on business travel but if I go back for vacation I hope they have a place for me there.”

“Mark was an outstanding host, and this little condo was perfect for the wife and I for our getaway. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It literally was steps away from the beach. Nicely maintained grounds and QUIET. Despite the fact there were other people occupying the adjacent units, we heard nothing and slept like babies every night we were there. Shopping, gas, and restaurants were all within a 6 minute drive of the property. The surrounding area is quiet and upscale, and we……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Tranquility Pelican Suite! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, we loved the decor, and the parking was convenient. We arrived later than we had hoped, so we entered the property in the dark. It was easy to get in and settle quickly. The next morning, we enjoyed walking to the beach. The property is beautiful, with the yard before the beach perfectly manicured. The beach was quiet aside from the sound of the crashing……

“The room and property were great. They’re great about encouraging including your pets as part of your stay. The walk to the ocean is very short and simple, and it’s very private so it feels exclusive if you’re looking to avoid crowds. I wish the weather had been more cooperative so we could’ve enjoyed the beach and outdoors more, but we made the most of it. The room is well stocked, and more supplies is accessible if needed. The laundry room was very convenient. The host had instructions……
