The house was immaculate! The host was very thoughtful in supplying many necessities. Steven was easy to communicate with and always replied with a light-hearted tone. No matter my anxious inquiries before the trip. We were active everyday. My girls loved Seagrape Beach but Round Island Beach was their favorite. We also went to Round Island Riverside and saw many manatees. After a long day out, the home was very comfortable to come back to. The heated pool made an evening swim so relaxing after being in the sun all day. Sebastian is close enough to Orlando that we attended 2 soccer matches. We also took a nature boat tour and saw dolphins. We loved the residential feel of the community. My husband said this was his favorite beach area. I highly recommend the area and this house.

Beautifully maintained property. Super clean. Great amenities. Pool is awesome. Convenient and quiet location. Quick access to the Vero Beach area and Jackie Robinson Training Facilities. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Even better than it looks.

I'm always a tad nervous booking new places online. However, as soon as I stepped in the door my anxiety was released. The pictures and description didn't do justice to how clean, and well maintained this property was. It was literally better in person than it appeared online. It was perfect for our family. If we return to the same destination we will 100% book this property again. Thank you for a great stay!!!

We spent the week in Sebastian while we went to Vero Beach every day to watch high school baseball. We are from Ohio. The house was amazing, and my girls had the best time swimming in the heated pool!
