Great place for an wine country getaway

Nice big house with plenty of space to spread out. The grounds were beautiful and every bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this house and will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

Fallen Tree Ranch

Beautiful location. Quiet neighborhood by a winery. We loved the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great that it is on the golf course as well.

Clean and Comfy

The lay-out was great for our group - 4 couples. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. We loved the outdoor space and landscaping. Gorgeous!

Beautiful home

The photos really don't do the grounds justice. It's beautiful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We did contact the host at one point and they were incredible. Highly recommend. We would love to come back.

Better than the pictures!

We came with three families and upon arrival we all were wowed by how well the property was maintained. Beautiful grounds, beautiful landscaping and a great place for families to gather. The kids loved the pool, and each room having its on en suite was really convenient. House was well stocked and had great amenities. Only feedback I have is that it would have been nice to have a handheld shower (for showering kids). Would highly recommend and book again!

Better than the pictures

This property was amazing. We had 12 adults for a 50th birthday party, and it couldn't have gone better. The variety of entertainment (pickleball, pool and hot tub, pool table ping pong and foosball) in addition to the comfy lounging areas gave us the perfect backdrop for an outstanding weekend. Check in was easy, and Randy was super responsive for the few little issues we had --Amazing service!(hot tub was too hot, he responded and turned it down remotely within minutes. Leaking air mattress, he replaced it within hours). I'm ready to book again immediately!

Great, well-stocked home for a large group!

This home is large, and perfect for a big group. There is a nice big dining room and living area/kitchen that makes it easy to gather. It was nice to have a separate garage/pool house for some of our older teens, attached to the garage game area. The kitchen is well stocked (except for some pans that need to be replaced). It is surrounded by beautiful vineyards that are lovely to walk around.We experienced issues with the spa cleanliness/chemical imbalance on our first night there which meant that we were unable to use that amenity for the rest of our trip. The property manager was very responsive to this issue (as well as during the inquiry process) and had the pool tech out right away. However, we did not feel comfortable using the spa/pool again which was disappointing. We also experienced a backup in the septic system, thankfully on our last morning right before we were checking out. We were very careful, but this septic may not be able to truly accommodate normal water use by a large group taking showers at the same time. (This area experienced more than normal rain when we were there so that may have impacted this?)It was raining and cold the whole time we were there, but this house would be even better in the shoulder seasons or the summer when you could use the pickle ball court (well maintained) pool and gaming garage (very cold during the winter months).

The kitchen was well organized and clean. The house and grounds were immaculate. Check in was easy and well communicated. Our entire stay was perfect from check in to check out.

Perfect house for a wine country family getaway

This house is ideal for a family with young adults. The all king ensuite bedrooms and layout are perfect as is the large patio with pool and outdoor table/furniture. Central A/C was nice but not needed, even in August as the house is well-shaded. Ideally located near the town of Sebastopol.

Great house for our family get together

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house was perfect for our group with bathrooms in every room, plenty of space to hang when the kids went to bed inside and out. I can’t say enough about the huge comfy beds. Literally we all slept sooo well. Lounging by the pool, chilling in the hot tub and enjoying the neighborhood orchards was magical. Thank you so much for making our family vacation so luxurious.

Perfect House for weekend away with friends

This house was perfect for weekend away with four couples. Each bedroom has it's own en suite bathroom, which is a great feature. Pool and hot tub were lovely and pool was well heated. There was plenty of seating for all of us in the dining room, the outdoor dining area, as well as the indoor and outdoor lounging areas. I love this area with lots of wine tasting, and small towns to explore. Would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Amazing property and excellent property management

We loved this house and property. The house was big, clean, had updated appliances and furniture, and plenty of sleeping space for 6 adults and 6 young children. The pool was beautiful and warm, there is a lovely and easy to use fire pit, and the game room was an added bonus. You can walk around the large orchard property including to some wineries. The property manager Randy went above and beyond to provide excellent service and help during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent rental for a group

We didn’t want to leave! We are a group of friends with our smal children and we travel quite a bit together. We all agreed this was by far one of our favorite rentals. The house is so comfortable. The expansive pool and deck area is where we spent most of our time aside from preparing food and drinks in the amazing kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the TVs were new, the deck had tons of seating areas and an outside dining table. The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need. They do let you know to bring a few basic kitchen items. Every room has its own bathroom. The house is really just perfectly set up to enjoy with a large group. We were three families with small children. The house is on a working apple orchard and next to a vineyard so we were able to pick and eat delicious apples. And grapes! We had a few small maintenance issues upon arrival and the manager and owner were available immediately to help. Steven is a 5 star host for sure. I highly recommend his house.

Beautiful but....

I was excited to book this property to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with family. Everything in the description was exactly what I wanted in a rental. The house was beautiful and the grounds well kept. We arrived on a Friday and everyone was looking forward to swimming in the heated pool. Only problem was there were no pool towels, not even in the closet with a sign saying “Pool Towels Here”. I called the property manager and asked but was told they were not provided and that I could use bath towels and more would be delivered the following day- very inconvenient. Later that evening I wanted to use the fireplace in the front master but could not locate the gas key. I made a second call to the pm and was told that it could be lost and I would get one the following day. Saturday morning more towels were delivered and I was told we were not allowed to use the fireplace per the owners. A little while later the owner showed up and informed me that they would be “working in the garage”. He entered the yard where we were hanging out in our swimwear and had kids running around, which made us all very uncomfortable. Then hours later I went to grab something from my car and saw someone watching me as I walked by in only a bathing suit. This was completely unacceptable and resulted in a third call to the property manager to complain. He agreed it was inappropriate and followed up with the owner, who tried to justify why people were there working. There was also an ant problem in the kitchen and bedrooms which could be from the ongoing construction. I’ve never rented a place and had problems of this nature. It was shocking to have splurged on a house and not receive exactly what was advertised. I emailed the pm a few days after checkout and went over the matters we discussed and had hoped to have a more in depth conversation about things. I felt blown off because I had to follow up a full week later since I did not hear back. I asked for a partial refund only to receive what the owners thought was fair, which was much less. I DID NOT get the privacy I paid for and these issues were 100% avoidable. I feel this property is up for rent soley for profit purposes and not for guests to actually enjoy their stay. The lack of preparedness and communication was quite frustrating and I did not have the tranquil weekend I anticipated. The house was lovely but I would not return nor recommend it. *NOTE BEFORE BOOKING- THE OWNER WILL STOP BY UNANNOUNCED*

Great house! The pictures do not do it justice. Communication was seamless. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with more than we needed. The property is stunning and feels very private. Easy drive to wineries and downtown areas. I would definitely stay here again!
