After checking in, we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling properly. When the owner was notified of this issue, she said they were aware and it needed to be replaced. We had to use coolers with ice and still lost some food due to improper refrigeration. We should have been notified of the issue and offered alternative accommodations. The owner told me he owns multiple properties in the same complex. Disappointing as we were evacuating during a hurricane and were already stressed. The unit overall was ok. The neighbors were extremely kind and helpful.

We were in Sebring to meet with our builder and real estate agent. We like having our own living space that comes with all the comforts of home, this house met all of our needs. The owner was really great at communicating.

Very pleasant setting, clean, comfortably and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the sunset colors in the Florida room, and the very short walk to the heated pool was great! Reliable WiFi, very well stocked kitchen, and the owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
