In town for Spartan Race

Stayed here two nights while in town for a local Spartan race event. Place was great. Very convenient to the race location. Everything was just as described in the listing. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place!

This place was so comfortable for us! Roomy, clean, very nice. The Internet worked very well - fast, stable connections. We were staying here when Hurricane Milton hit Florida. We had wind and rain and lost power for a while. Dean was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Nice

Overall nice a little outdated but nice. I would stay again. Need to remove wood floors from patio. It’s not intended for outdoor use. It stayed wet.

Rundown, dirty, no COVID cleaning

When we arrived, we found the numbers on the door lock had rubbed off. We guessed and got in. It was like walking into a tenement with torn screens; dead (fortunately) bugs everywhere; lanai slider off it's tracks so it could never be locked; bugs in the ice cube tray; master fan vibrated so vigorously that it was dangerous; toilet bowl had a dark, thick ring of bugs and who knows what else; bathtub looked like sewer had backed up into it; used chewing gum in trash can; linens were musty and we had to wash them next day. Evolve could not move us to another unit so we had to wait for housekeeping to show up. She did, 6 hours later. She cleaned bathrooms and floors but many furnishings were still dusty (COVID clean? Don't think so). The contact # we were given took two days to respond. Thank goodness for the housekeeping lady. I consider it the "trip from hell."

No internet

The house was clean and comfortable, but the internet is spotty, at best. If you need internet, this is not the place to stay! If that is not important, it is a great little house! Since we were house hunting, the internet would have been helpful.
