You'll absolutely love this spacious 3/2 corner-lot, fenced-in home with frontal water view in the upscale Golf Hammock subdivision. This home features leather-furnished living areas, beautiful dining room, tremendous sunroom with kid's station, and 75" TV/entertainment area. Outside, BBQ or kick back on the 2-person yard swing and gaze at the frontal water view. A spacious fenced-in corner lot provides privacy and security in this well-manicured HOA-managed neighborhood.
This home is wheelchair accessible.

So much to enjoy about this home! There's something for everyone. Beyond the spectacular views of the neighborhood, wildlife, and waterfront, this home offers spacious and luxury accommodations in a highly desirable golf community. The home is wheelchair accessible providing undetectable ramps from room to room, double-door and extra-width doorway entries into master suite, entertainment area, and sunroom; and a wheelchair-accessible MB shower/bathroom area. Very tasteful and appealing for everyone.

Great property

The property is spacious and had plenty of room for my family’s needs. It’s located in a great community and perfect for neighborhood walks. But the best thing about the property may be the owner - Jennifer was so awesome to work with, and she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If I return to the area, I would chose this property again.

Jennifer made sure everything went well during our stay. She checked on us several times. Always very pleasant and ready to answer any questions we might have. W had our family Thanksgiving gathering here(all 7 of us) and there was everything we needed to make it a special occasion. From the kitchen window you get a nice view of the small lake across the street. Great location.
