A wonderful home in all ways. Spacious rooms and setting. Beautiful grounds and wildlife. Stocked kitchen fully amended for home cooked meals. Clean, well appointed and decorated so lovely for the holiday. We loved our stay and the thoughtfulness of the owners!! Would definitely return to this Vrbo!!

That was the BEST HOUSE we ever stayed! Our 3.5year old girl had the best time playing with the dolls in the playroom while we had so much time playing pool and arch. The House is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Deers and Frogs around were cute. The stargazing at night was one of a kind I even captured some shutting stars on my go pro and Milky Way! I will return without hesitation! Thank You!

Perfect winter escape!

The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 2 kiddos, and one dog. The bedrooms were as described and comfy. The house was exceptionally well provisioned with everything we needed! The host was super responsive and checkin/checkout was simple. We especially enjoyed the sleds and had a blast of playing in the snow. We can’t wait to come back when it’s warm and enjoy the outdoor space!

Spectacular

The listing and pictures do not do this location justice. There was plenty of room for us to move about and not be on top of one another. The kitchen was well outfitted with flat ware and utensils for anything we wanted to cook and serve. The upstairs living space was comfortable and we made good use of the fireplace. The downstairs game room and TV came in handy. Outside was amazing with trees, trails, and plenty of deer and birds to enjoy. Probably the best place we've ever stayed and we hope to visit again.

Misty mountains

We loved the spacious room, amenities and well appointed kitchen. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas which made our stay even more enjoyable. The downstairs area was great for movie watching. Thoughtful consideration and anticipation with comfy blankets and furniture throughout. Host was super responsive with communication. Beautiful grounds for hiking and pretty outdoor light in the evening. Great house for all seasons.

Exactly as pictured on website, including the tree in living room. Great place if you plan on spending majority of time at cabin. Watched deer every evening from rocking chairs. Didn’t spend a lot of time there except for evenings. Wished there was a tv in living room. Comfortable beds & furniture. Overall , a great place.

Sisters Trip to the mountains

This location is a bit remote- be prepared for narrow winding roads - but the drive is worth it! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious, the views were spectacular! Everything we could possibly need was provided so no quick trips to a store needed. Just a short drive to White Sulphur Springs and Lewisburg We’re planning a return stay at this house for sure

Amazing home for family getaway

This home is absolutely stunning! The views are amazing! Walking trails are marked.. which is very nice, I would consiter them not easy but not difficult either. What goes down must go up 😉 So many extras are provided for your fun and comfort. Home is very clean. Places we enjoyed nearby were the Bunker tour at the Greenbriar Hotel and Lost Cavern self guide tour, however we spent most of our time at the house. I would recommend this home 100 times over! BEAUTIFUL HOME - BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY -BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!

Spectacular Cabin!

We had everything we needed and more the best stocked home of over 28 cabins we have stayed at. The mountain view is breathtaking ! The beds are very comfy. There was so much thought put into every inch of this home they replaced the stove with a smooth top and put in a 90 inch TV in the recreation room so perfect for movies. The windows and sky lights make this home so bright but the wood gives such a cozy feeling. There is so much to do you never need to leave, but if you do there is walking trails that pass by the most beautiful spots for a picnic (and yes they even provide picnic baskets for you) and don't forget to watch for all the deer on your way. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen and the waffle machine makes the best waffles ever! The pond area was my favorite place enjoying the plants ,flowers and fish in the sun and the beautiful lights at night, the time spent in the comfy rocking chairs enjoying the amazing views ,sunsets and the lightning bugs a at night was a close second favorite . The owners respond very quickly and it is so apparent that they want you to have a wonderful stay. This is definitely our favorite home and we will be back !

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. Aside from a few things being dusty, it was overall pretty clean! The host was very responsive and even had someone out to cut the grass. We loved being able to bring our dogs and definitely will be coming back!

Simply Perfect

Four of us came for a girl's weekend away, to escape kids and responsibilities for a bit and this place does not disappoint. The deck has almost a 360 degree view of mountains for miles and miles. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen is unbelievably stocked. We had everything we needed for a wonderful dinner. You could easily stay here for a week or more ! There is so much to do in the basement, although we didn't use it at all because the upstairs living room was so comfy and we just wanted to chill all weekend! I could only imagine having kiddos here and they would be entertained endlessly. Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs are not far away. We enjoyed a very nice dinner and shopping Lewisburg. It was exactly a 30 minute drive from the house, WELL worth the drive! I just can't say enough about the house....it was wonderful. Thank you again!

Memorable Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our three-generation family getaway. It is clean, well-maintained and the views are spectacular. We appreciated the attention given to providing accommodations for dogs. The hosts were responsive when we had a question upon our arrival. They have also provided many resources for researching what the area has to offer. The location is great for day trips to Lewisburg and/or White Sulphur Springs. We also took the 30-minute drive to Union to hike up to the Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory. Very much recommend. Wild and Wonderful, indeed.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Misty Mountains Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, roomy and well supplied with amenities including it's surrounding scenic views, comfortable furniture, entertainments, and treats on arrival.

Great getaway

This is a very nice, peaceful, pet friendly home. The house is very well kept, comfortable clean and has a great view, includes outdoor seating with a view. Lots of space for the dogs to get exercise and play in the fields and very cute outdoor landscaping. The owner was very attentive. I recommend using Apple Maps outside the vrbo app and typing in the address that way. Hope to return for some quiet relaxation in the future!
