「It was overall a very good experience, although we only stayed one night. The property was clean and neat throughout. The man who checked us in was very cordial and helpful. The room was clean, roomy and quiet. There was only one hiccup; I registered 3 people to stay in our room with two queen beds. When we came to the breakfast area on April 25th, we checked in at the breakfast ordering station, where the lady on duty told me that our room showed only 2 people on the reservation, so we would...

「Well, our usual go to place but this time, the pool was cold (turn the heat up) there was a damp towel folded up and left on the shower floor!!! Only one pair of earplugs for two people!!! The pool needed a good cleaning!!! The room is minimalistic but why just one lamp and on the rest, try two!!! Will rethink about booking again!!! Needs some work and now you have to pay for parking, really!!!」

「My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!」

「We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. 」

It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. 「The property met our needs for two couples quite well. It's in a great location for traveling around the area, as you get to major roads and the freeway quickly. The parking is covered, although it's a bit of a distance to the unit, which is up 3 flights of stairs - not great for hauling luggage. The grounds are well kept and the pool/hot tub area is handy - although the pool isn't heated. The unit itself is fine - the carpet's a bit tired and could be replaced. 「This cute /clean condo was absolutely perfect! It’s so close to Old Town- just a quick Uber or golf cart ride away ! The condo had everything from parking, a pool, a full kitchen and a great patio! Close to the airport too ! We loved the little snacks left w bottled water such A Nice touch ! There were even frozen beer mugs in the freezer! Easy access to the unit and very nice since it’s ground level! Thank you for a lovely stay!」

「This property is an extremely good value for the dollar. Not super-fancy, but super cost effective. The only (small) concern I had was the lack of parking outside, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others doing the same.」

「Martijn’s house was fantastic for me, my wife, our three adult children, spouses and grandchildren! We spent busy mornings around the Scottsdale area and most afternoons enjoying the private pool, hot tub, cornhole and putting green! Even with nine people we had more than enough room. Great, fully supplied kitchen…hot showers…big bedrooms… nice indoor living area to watch a movie. Many attractions within a short drive, easy access to gas and groceries. Wonderful family time at nearby Papago Park...
