LE Chalet DE Seez - Seez

Individual chalet with access via steps from the private parking space. Entrance with separate WC, living room-kitchen. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm). Bathroom (shower) and separate WC. South-west facing garden and north-facing gravel terrace, crossing balcony to the side of the house. Basement with storage (sports equipment), wood reserve, extra fridge and washing machine (with temporary staircase). Raised door sill and exterior openings. Recent chalet at the exit of Bourg Saint Maurice, towards the ski resorts. Refined mountain decoration, combining natural materials and contemporary touches. With its furs and blankets, it's a real cozy nest. The living rooms are bright and well exposed. With its central island, the kitchen is welcoming and offers a clear view of the valley and the Tarentaise mountains. Located in the heart of Haute Tarentaise, surrounded by famous winter sports resorts such as Les Arcs, Tignes, Val d'Isère and Sainte Foy Tarentaise, Séez is a mountain village which maintains an artisanal tradition. It is connected to the San Bernardo international area (La Rosière/La Thuile d'Aoste) by the Ecudets chairlift located 6 kilometers from the village center. During the summer season, Séez opens towards Italy via the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard, towards Beaufortain via the Cormet de Roselend and towards Maurienne via the Col de l'Iseran. At the gateway to the Vanoise National Park, this village offers a multitude of hiking routes allowing you to discover the region.

Great location to access the ski area

Chalet is located a short drive from the Les Arc funicular, which runs every 20 minutes and goes straight to Arc 1600 . Really easy and convenient access to the slopes - short drive to Sainte Foy and La Rosiere too. Large supermarket is only 5 minutes away too.Chalet owners were really welcoming and helpful, with lots of top tips as to how best to enjoy the area. The chalet was really comfortable and well equipped too. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a very nice, comfortable property with easy access to the ski area.
