“WARNUNG: Dieses Hotel nicht benutzen, wenn Sie mit einer BMW 1250 GS reisen!!! Das Hotel selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich genug, aber die Dusche war extrem alt, klein und verschimmelt. Außerdem konnte das Badezimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden, um zu lüften, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Es gab zudem keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für Privatsphäre zu verdecken. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ausdrücklich gefragt, ob wir unsere drei Motorräder abseits der Straße parken können. Uns wurde……

“Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen……

“We stayed here only one night in transit from Tignes but it was lovely. I almost wish we had stayed longer. The staff were extremely accommodating, room beautiful & it even had a little kitchenette.”

“As a returning guest at Les Étincelles hotels for the third time, we unfortunately noticed a decline in the overall experience. We appreciated the room upgrade, and the location remains excellent—perfect ski-in/ski-out access for early and active skiers. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, although sound insulation could be improved as noise from neighbouring rooms is noticeable. The ski room is practical with heated lockers, but lockers are not secured and there is no visible surveillance. The……

“This was just what I needed. The hotel was exceptionally clean and peaceful, providing a nice break from the trail. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding. When I checked out I forgot my wallet in my room. The proprietor literally ran up the hill to return it to me. I highly recommend this place.”
