「We had a wonderful week long stay. The condo was clean, accurately described in the description, and very well stocked. The host was very prompt and attentive in answering any and all questions. We enjoyed how quiet it was and how we were able to relax and enjoy the pool, river, and grounds. Watching the deer every morning and afternoon became routine. We love New Braunfels and will definitely be back.」

「I took 5 14 year old girls to NB for a birthday to float the river. The location of this house was great! The property and river were clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Balcony overlooked the parking lot and pool and river. Texas tubes is across the street and they offer a shuttle service so that is nice too. However, we used Float In at the shutes and they had private parking and full accommodations. The condo had a little space of extra toys and games...

「This was the perfect place for us. We spent 2 days at the water park, and were able to walk over each day. You can also walk to the Comal to tube. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to float the river this trip. We will definitely book this place the next time we come down!」

The property is centered right in the middle of everything.James gave me a list of things to do and places to eat. The pool and hot tubs are right outside the property. 「Condo was not clean from the previous renter but the owner took care of it very fast. Great spot to drop in the tube and float the river. Condo only really sleeps 4, bring your own air mattress if you have more than 4 people.」
