WATER LEVEL
As of February 16, 2026, our dam is complete! The lake view is already looking beautiful, and we’re hoping for a full lake this summer. In the meantime, fishing and kayaking are great, but swimming isn’t ideal—the shoreline is muddy, and some debris is still moving downstream. Once it’s full, though, the lake will be absolutely stunning!

IMPORTANT DETAILS
You’ll be staying in one side of a duplex. While the outdoor spaces, fire pit, and riverfront are shared with the neighboring unit, you’ll have a fully private interior, carport, and back porch equipped with a grill and outdoor dining. PLEASE NOTE, boat lift and fireplace are not available for guest use.

We utilize professional pest control on a regular schedule, but this does not guarantee a pest-free visit, inside or out. Because we're in the country and near water, you may encounter various wildlife and insects.

We do our best to schedule our lawn service when the property is empty. Sometimes we are unable to coordinate this, and the lawn crew may be present for a few hours during your stay.

We live locally and also have local maintenance and housekeeping for needs that may arise.
